What sausages do you buy ?

My mam used some for toad in the hole, nephew and brother both said horrible sausages. I didn't really enjoy them very much and had already had them grilled (where they were slightly better but worse than my usual butcher sausages).

For some reason I like Richmond sausages but won't buy them after seeing their meat content!!! I wonder if there is anything more meatier with a similar taste.
