What sausages do you buy ?

Options
Have tried lots of pork sausages, all the branded names, but found them to be too 'herby'. The ones that we prefer are the cheap ones from Aldi.

Anyone got any nice pork ones that they buy ?

We buy ours from local butcher, so unless you are in Orkney that won't be much help!
Your local butcher might do nice ones though ?

It's been moved to the Food Shopping and Groceries board. If you are unsure where a thread is posted scroll to the top of the page and you'll soon see which board the thread is on. :)

Charlies mum, :hello: How are you? I haven't seen you about for a while. My favourites are from my local butchers too so that's why I didn't offer advice. I have seen threads though recommending Wall's (?) sausages though as they have quite a high meat content but I'm not sure where you can buy them.

    Hi Pink

I have been lurking, but not talking much (very unlike me) :D

We have tried Walls, but find them too herby, we just like plain old pork sausages - can't stand Cumberlands

Think I will try a local butcher (if I can find one that hasn't closed down) :o
