Had a similar problem with HSBC last year, someone took £100 from my atm account from a machine in Bournemouth whilst I was at home in bed with flu (and my partner was looking after me) called the bank, and foolishly told them that my partner knew my pin... from that point.. HSBC were totally not interested....0
