Please can somebody look at my hijackthis log

Pc playing up a bit - hangs when internet explorer is first launched. Program does not respond. Usually works on second launch. Any clues in this log please. Thanks RIK I did reset IE which appeared to help. I'm currently trying out Chrome to see how I get on with that. It seems very strange at the moment but sure I will get used to it.
