    The COM component RTCIMSP.RTCIMService.1 references an invalid CLSID. These are often left behind after uninstalling software.
    Solution: Delete the registry value.

    The file extension .ppi references an invalid program identifier. These are often left behind after uninstalling software.
    Solution: Delete the registry value.

    It openned up fine. I guess time will tell as it doesn't hang first time everytime just about 80% of the time.

    Have you got a new Avatar RIK?

    Shall I do the Glary bit now and do I still need to try to remove that toolbar? I guess not all toolbar are genuine, some are virus/wormey things, is that right?

    Well 'ASK' is genuine. But it can create problems for a lot of users
