I've been on the moderation bench tonight with 3 small glasses of wine and i'm now off to bed with Orlando Bloom.:Dlots done for me today so quite pleased with myself. I'll have another push tomorrow with sorting the house work out, and a bit of uni stuff. Meeting my friend for a pub lunch tomorrow, but i'm driving and i'm quite used to that so i know it won't be a problem.
Feeling quite focused today, defo better than last week, excessive bingeing just makes me depressed, which lasts for days.
