Morning all, 18 for me now 40sm havn't made a decision about tonight yet, think I could fairly easily be af, but there is something in me saying 'you can't make your target so might as well drink tonight', which would also help me to not drink for the rest of the working week and be a good start to July I do wonder about myself sometimes..

Am not able to make my first meeting about my volunteering today as my littlest one had a really bad night and high temp, docs said its virul so can't take her to nursery...the guy was very understanding, but I sort of feel like not going to the first one makes me look unreliable...anyway he has set up for my next weeks one to be on the Wednesday so that I can be there for a staff meeting and meet people, which is good...

Morning all.
Hope everyones ok this morning and coping with this heat.Its a bit cloudy here at the mo....but still hot.

Had quite an upsetting time yesterday..DD2 and her boyfriend found next door but one neighbour dead in her flat....:eek:..She had been dead for quite a while.
She was only in her mid twenties...poor girl....we don't know what happened yet but why wasn't she missed...So sad.
I am on the phone at least twice a day to my two girls.

Anyway ,sorry to bring the thread down so will go and do some work and then try to get outside if the sun shines in a bit.

Have a lovely last day of June.

morning all,
I've got loads to catch up on but i'll be having another AFD today, i think!
My little one's not well today so off school, prob give me chance to read up on the board.
I've not been counting my AFD's that much, but feel like i've been really good so i think for this month my total is prob about 18 so for next month i'm going to aim for 15 in total, as i feel worse if i fail, but i'm not going to do that. I'll go get reading!

Morning All,

I'm shattered this morning ... ooh its afternoon now ???

Had a call at 7.30 last night in the middle of my dinner from eldest lad .... "doing anything tonight ?" .... Don't you just know I should've said "yes - I'm on the beer" ! Turns out he had just won a car auction on ebay and wanted a lift to go an pick it up.

Fair enough ..... but it was 125 Miles away :eek::eek: And he lives 30 minutes away from me !

Arrived back home at 2.00 this morning and then couldn't get to sleep cause of all the caffeine drinks that I had to have to keep me awake whilst driving ..... Then out to work for 7.00 this morning :rolleyes:


Blimey ... so much for my nice quiet relaxing afternoon in the pool....... that will teach me to wind you lot up :rolleyes:

MP - hope DD is not too traumatised.

Awww BHB....maybe you'd best relax in your pool this afternoon instead.
It isn't even sunny here....alright for some.:D

DD2 is not too bad...a bit shook up...but the day before yesterday she had her tenancy renewal so has decided not to stay..... says it feels a bit sad and spooky there now.....and the smell ...(sorry TMI).
Looks like more flat/house hunting/moving coming our way.:rolleyes::D
