  • hey peeps

just wanted to nip back on to give massive hugs and support to my budgie mate for all you are going through at the moment :eek::A:A:A
and of course to say a big Happy Birthday to lurkio

All is a bit wierd in NTC land atm but in a good way i guess. I think I will always struggle to some extent to keep my units down to what is seen to be acceptable but maybe that is just me. I do keep up with you all everynow and then and having a bit of time off has done me good too. Good to see the thread keeps on encouraging success and I wish you all the best

Do we start a new thread for July?

Well done hopeful, you've done brilliantly. The thread for July will still be this one, a new one has been started when the old one was too big.

Fedup and skint, so sorry to hear stuff is painful for you at the mo, well done for gardening and flying, hope the routines help.

Right, a tired wanna bee free calling it a jumpy free month (sniff) at 13/14. I haven't counted the binge days well enough but quite a few hangovers this month. And one less AFD than last month. But still a lot better than last year, for example.

So, a groan shamelessly stolen from the internet for you all...

"A three-legged dog walked into a saloon in the Old West. He said to the bartender, "I'm looking for the man who shot my paw".

Sleep well and hope a shiny new July starts well for everyone tomorrow.

Hi 40SM - thanks for keeping scores and can you put me down for 3 more in June. Altogether I managed 25! One short of my estimated but still am pleased with myself. Maybe I aimed too high, by the end of the week I start to feel down, so I should accept my weekend stints.

Jo - please put me down for 20 for July, its my birthday and my brother is coming up from London for the weekend.:T

Happy Birthday for tomorrow to Lurkio! (Ginger beer of course) Anybody else gone crazy on ginger beer? I cant get enough of the stuff :o

since am drinking less I'm spending less time at the computer, as I'm also doing more work at work and less at home so dont need to be at the pc! So had to log on to update my June status. Am not long in from MrT's and got bit like mad from all the midges when filling up with petrol, so i still need to shower before bed! Am still sleeping well and feeling constantly tired but refreshed iykwim!!

Anyway thanks for all your support this month, even if i dont log on often when I do I try to catch up and read all - just as well I can read quick!

    nite nite x

    Morning
Rushing in to report 29/30 in June. My one day was NAF was Sunday, three halves during a sociable lunch, and stopped. Think that like many of us was the point I realised I have control. Haven't been AF fror that long for 15 years, maybe longer. So thankyou for kickstarting me.
July, not sure, maybe aim for 20, but I'm feeling the pressure is off.
