Evening all! I'd like to report 22 days AF! Yey! Ok, I drank too much most of the days that weren't AF, but it's a lot better than it would have been. I'm also taking steps to improve my life that weren't possible when I was drinking more. I'm having a glass or two tonight, I'm celebrating the end of a difficult month. Thank you 40SM for doing such a great job. And thank you everyone for taking me under your wing this month. Here's to great success to us all next month. I'm aiming for 22 days AF please Jo, good luck! Good luck everyone! Do we start a new thread for July?

I have just had a lovely long shower with a salt scrub and used my foot spa for about 30 minutes. I had a really hot curry for dinner which was probably not the most sensible idea in this weather.:rolleyes:

I quite fancy a beer sitting in the garden but luckily I don't have any alcohol in the house.:j

Sorry I haven't been on here for a while. Have major personal issues going on. Started bereavement counselling and it has ripped wounds wide open. Haven't been able to cope with work either as a result. Will have to see how I feel tomorrow.

Gardening has helped a lot and flying also so the house looks ok, keeps my mind off things and keeps me busy.

Declaring AFD at 23 for June and will put down 20 for July if this is ok Jo?

Well done all for doing so well or giving it your best shot for June...I am all in at 18 and I am pleased with that...I am going for 20 in July as I think a few of my June days were definitely avoidable...

I am at work tomorrow then straight to my meditation class so won't get in before 10.30pm. I eat out etc as no time to come home first after work, so its a very long day
