I'm not being AF today, I have a day off work and I am sitting here watching Wimbledon with a glass of wine.:o I weighed myself today and I have only lost 3lbs this month after losing 8lbs earlier in the month so I have regained 5lbs. Absolutely useless!

Next month I will be better on cutting back and weightloss I promise.
