:hello:
I think I must have had too much last night. I definitely came on here and wrote a post. I thanked Fay for her advice about my garden and commented (I hope politely) abut Budgie's ankle boots. Now I can't find anything??
Definitiely AF today, no more posting under the influence.
Have a good day everyone.0 -

Oops- meant to put my target in the last post.
Think I'm going to go for 12 please. That allows for a few AF days each week. Also aiming to avoid hangovers at all cost and try to keep within the 14 range for weekly units. Moderation all round in other words!;)

Poor you this morning Jo, thanks again for doing the list for July :A
I am usually at a toddler group this morning, but the girls have both have a nasty cough so am taking them to the docs later today (took half an hour to get through this morning and I could only get 3.30pm earliest )
I really need to send them to nursery tomorrow morning too as it will be my first sort of 'training' day for my volunteer work with age concern (am hopefully joining an outreach group supporting people with memory problems/early dementia) so fingers crossed they don't have anything too serious x

What a great thing to do, Orchid - good luck for tomorrow, hope the little ones are OK.
Jo - I'm sure little DD2 will be very good - there might be some 6th formers around who would love to talk to her for a while!!!
It's so hot here. Went to the gym this morning and looked like a beetroot when i came home.
My girls are all at home today - 'training' day for the teachers - but it's lovely having them here for the occasional day cos they just do their own things. Not looking forward to the long, long summer hols though! :eek:Total AFD's May-December 2009: 178 ie 73% of total days (245 days)
