Hello. reporting in. I had a good night for no booze, nothing for me.

I hope all of you having a bad night and day feel better at some point. Go and look at some flowers, helps me.
I'm suprised at the feelings about MJ, I couldn't care either way, apart from the fact a human being died. Maybe I am too insensitive.

So I was right... I take off my halo and you all followed suit.. Must have been something in the water/air/weather/phase of the moon.. etc etc..

I excused myself for having a drink or 2 as OH would have been, but that's rubbish because I can sit next to him all evening with him drinking and me not.. I think I wanted to remember what it was like.. and boy I did... Today have felt yuk.... somehow drinking on Friday/Sat Nites doesn't seem to have this effect but I definately don't funtion anywhere near as normal on a 'school nite' so that was my lesson learned and I WON'T BE DOING THAT ONE AGAIN...:o

I too am insensitive as I didn't like MJ (apologies to his many fans..) and what irrates me is the full media assuming everybody did.. don't they remember all the 'rumours' etc.etc. about him.... madness.. but he was young so that's sad.. not sure about FF wasn't she a C Angel???

The homeless programme I thought was excellent, best TV we've had in a long time and showed a very different side to homelessness... very sad, wish i'd watched it without a glass in my hand though...!!

GC your recent posts have been fantastic. Thank you. (you've changed you know; you come across as much more caring than you used to, you've mellowed even tho you've stopped smoking!!! Hope you don't mind me saying so!)

Weird hearing about MJ - he's the same age as me & was my first pin-up when we were both 11 or 12 :cool:

oh dear I kind've knew you would & I would've done too. I can resist anything but temptation etc etc

I'm on 6 too. Missing target this month but will add a couple of days mon/tue next week (.....)

Fay sorry don't know how I missed your post re dyslexia - how comes the diagnosis has come so late in life? (can say that cos I'm older!) - it's never apparent in your posts (or, we've all got it). What made the appointment happen? (nosy nosy nosy)

Hi Lotus Eater and welcome, I'm a cutter down. Glad you said that about Michael Jackson. I wasn't a fan, to me he was an OK entertainer with a sad past and some very odd ways (white face, white glove, odd nose etc). I don't really understand the hysteria although obviously feel sad that such a relatively young person has died.

Stuck on 9AF at the moment, unlkely to make my 10 until Monday.

Hope everyone has a happy evening, this thread is like an emotional rooler coaster at times. Must be the effect of booze (or lack of)!

I know.:rolleyes: I have been just awful this month, I just cannot get into the groove and I have had hardly any AF days. I'm not AF today either. I hope July is better for me.
