    Hi everybody :hello:

Feeling fit now, AF since Sat again. I played tennis this am and we continued despite the rain, I played very badly, but at least it's fresh air and exercise. DD1 in foul mood this am - what's new?

Good luck in your interview WBF. Let us all know how you went on.

I work in French time most of the time, too YM - bonjour, qu'est-ce que tu fait comme travail?? Do you live in France? Wish I did, but DDs all at a good school here!! If you live in France, you probz know ParisKate. :rotfl:

Enjoy your dinner with friends tonight, Hopeful, let us know if you manage to stay AF.

Anyway, free of work at the moment - but a new project starting soon, or I'd be panicking. Time to clean the house and get some ironing done - how nice.

Have a good day everybody. I'll be taking the Kudzu soon cos the stupid wine bells often start clanging on Wednesdays, but I've managed to ignore them for the past 2.

Hopeful, I used to go to WeightWatchers years ago and we used to queue up to be weighed and you'd watch everyone removing all their jewellery before they got weighed incase it tipped the scales down another LB :rotfl: good luck at the weighers :D:D

    xx

That's usually me taking off my oh-so-heavy watch and bracelet! Today I actually chose a particularly lightweight top! Lost 1.5lb. Yay! Got to goal few months ago but had already started to creep up again. Constant vigilance! Today our leader was talking about wine and the calories and was saying you have to decide between alcohol and food. What's to decide?! Am I not getting the point?!

Good luck for the interview WBF. Remember, they need to hire someone and they just want to get to know you. No need to be nervous.

Have a good day everyone. It's lovely and sunny down here!

Really? That is actually very interesting - so you can treat yourself with food (like we all seem to be doing to some extent, I certainly am doing with choc and bikkies and weight seems so far so good) if you cut out the wine???

PIR, why do the bells ring on a Wednesday? Is it only on Wednesdays

Hopeful, congrats on the 1.5lb :D I used to calculate my WW allowance so I could drink to, didn't eat much :o

    Orchid, excuses, excuses

Bout to make myself a bacon sarnie, just got back from taking DD2 to school, she insisted on wearing her new wellies even though the sun is shining!

My new phone arrived which is good as I only reported it broken yesterday morning, but the bloke rode up on a bike and knocked on the wrong door and nearly drove off, lucky I saw him or he would've took it back and they would've tried to charge me £13 for non-delivery!! I wouldn't mind, he came at 12.30pm and I requested a 1-5pm delivery

Biglass, glad you're posting again :) tell me, how does drinking and nightshifts work?
Lol! Well ,I usually do 2 or 3 shifts together so it means I totally abstain from the booze- but then can easily make up for it on days off:o I finally clicked ,thanks to this thread, why I was sweating so much on my AF days and any morning after I had been drinking - withdrawal sweats:eek: Since my 5 week AF stint last Oct that has stopped but I got a fright. But then old habits die hard and I constantly battle my urge to drink.
Good luck to you all today and in your interview WBF!
    Catch you later xx

    QUOTE]

Unfortunately not, it's from Wednesday onward, I mean they keep quiet on Mondays and Tuesdays for some reason ... But I will not give in. Loving the money I'm saving :money:

I hope all little one's friends like her lovely new wellies - awwwwww
