morning oh afternoon all!

Woke up at 9ish, with a full bladder but a wonderful clear head so thanks for the encourage last night everyone! I slept really well, no weird dreams here, a bit fruity but that's allowed as it only happens in my dreams!!:mad:

Up washing machine on, dryer on, cup of tea, dog out and back to bed to read. Up at 12 sorted kids brekkie out and just sat down to work and catch up on this thread!

Have a good weekend all, and I love the fancy dress costumes, sounds a brill night.

oh BTW I've lost 4lb this week without trying - just no alcohol so along with that goes no binge high carb soul food at night:T:T
