Just wanted to say well done Sea for going and biting the bullet and attending despite how nerve wracking you might find it prior to walking in.

Well done afterwards on abstaining and planning to go again tonight. Community camaradarie at whatever level you need.

Also get well soon 40sm, hope you all feel ok again soon.

Now now Jo and Lurkio! Calm down my dears its only a photo! :D

AF today and tonight and tomorrow.

Still considering a total for June. Have a bottle of white wine in the fridge with the cork half out when my corkscrew broke last weekend. It is a bit of a trigger when I am on my own. Still if I put off buying a new corkscrew for a while I can't drink the wine I have in the fridge or shed.

 Not sure whether to go for a complete AF June or not

    Hi all

Hugs to those who need it - well done SEA on going along to a meeting.

Working madly today - will be mental the whole of June then they decide if they keep me and I decide if I keep them - I am on the fence at the mo :)

Struggled last night big style - thanks Jo!!

Made it through eventually even a meal out - touch and go when she asked me what I wanted to drink - 'say water, say water SAY water, SAY WATER GODDAMMIT, W_A_T_E_R , W_A_T_E_R' - I said water :)

Had I had access to several billion bottles of wine however I would have drunk the lot.

I only got through the meal promising myself that i coudl have a whole bottle of wine anohter time and having a glass iwth food was pointless as I don't drink it to compliment the food I drink it to get P**D.

Inside my brain however was saying OK you can have a bottle of wine later next week if you want.
The other part of my brain was saying 'hmm fat chance of that happenning'.

Progress - no - its hard still and I think every day is going to be a challenge .........its the way I seem to be made.

Constatnt vigilence - working then out later for a meal and so the whole saga begins again *sigh* - but with your lots help its getting easier to feel as if I am acheiving something positive.?
Or at least I can tell people who understand - IYSWIM??

Hugs to you all - hope you have fun

PS ITS WARM HERE - very very very very ODD.
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
