I've spend the past 2 hours in the garden, am aching, i've chopped wood with my electric saw, moved paving stones and cut grass... I've had to take a Kuduz tablet cos am getting that friday feeling and everyone else is in their garden drinking.

I could get a bottle - I'm not really joining until June and that's a task in itself cos 1st June is my brothers anniversary so I always have a drink for him (carp excuse I know!!)

Am now coming up in a heat rash! oh joy

I'm angry too that others pass out, or are sick, or just damn well know when to stop and I just don't seem to possess that!!! :)

Off to my AA meeting for 8 tonight. Feeling nervous and hope the people are nice. Eek.

Good luck, I'll cross my fingers for you at 8pm tonight Sea.

I'm hitting a dip of motivation today. I've made my May AFD target and have another 8 days to go on this diet. But really really want to eat some normal food. or choklit. or bread, mmm yes, bread or toast and butter and mmmmm anything with carbs and fat in I expect. Washed down with a bottle of cold white wine.

I need to find some motivation before I hit the pub tonight or the diet's not gonna last 8 more days.

    Have a good one everyone!

Sorry to hear that PIR. What about a stroll outside to get some air? Hope the chocolate does the trick. Hugs.

Good luck Sea, it will all be fine, you are in good hands.

Do you mean that when people pass out or are sick it limits their intake and so are 'forced' to stop. My DH is slike that - more than one or two beers he feels so ill that he has to go to bed (or is sick) and therefore never have a full on hangover like me :-(

price is right - I am so sorry to hear you 're Hubby is being and @rse, but well done you for realising that the answer is not in a bottle.
