jo1972 - am loving DS hair style, so cute.

Am just off to Mr T's and am dreading it, so having a quick read on here think's i'll have one of the Kudzu see if it can keep me away from the wine isle cos its not a good time of day to visit a supermarket!!

My brother should have come up but he's friend is poorly, how awful that I'm glad (not about his friend), glad he's not coming up so we cant have a drinking session.

sleep wasnt too bad last night, went to bed at 1 and woke at 5, not started to sweat yet so will sleep on a towel tonight.

thanks for all your kind words of welcome. I too am looking for a biggy for June and have no plans for anything so will say 26. Am planning to lose a stone june/july I might be able to get back in some clothes

    B'day wishes for BHB :T

Thanks for the birthdays wishes guys.

Struggled in Morrisons on the way home tonight - stood in the beer isle for about 10 minutes just staring and contemplating. A close call again, though Mrs BHB probably would have confiscated it :o. She has been very good too over the last couple of weeks, with just one bottle of wine and half a bottle of scotch. (That was given to me:eek:) I was going to light the bbq with it but she got to it first :rotfl:.

Anyway - upshot of th e Morrisons episode was that I came out with some bottles of AF shandy. :j

My Fav' of beef casserole is in the oven and theres a nice lemon meringue (sp?) pie to go in too. Not posh, but better than that .... lubberly :D. I've taken over the kitchen.....well it's my BD :D and I love cooking. Didn't say anything about clearing up the mess though :rotfl::rotfl:

    Have a great evening everyone

Hey- BHB- happy birthday mate, beef casserole and LM pie sounds like my ideal birthday tea too.

Jo- your DS hair is gorgeous! What a dude!!!!

Re: the B Vit thing, any Vit B complex with a bit of potassium will do, when I was in hospital detoxing I had daily B vit injections as alcohol just destroys it and you get deficient, and it helps release energy and shores up your nervous system. Even after a week of intensive injections I got packed off back home with boxes of the stuff to take- thiamin particularly, its a drinkers thing. Just seems to keep me more robust and focussed- I think it helps me concentrate too.

Have scrubbed ears with babywipes and am now shiny and pink again. Phew.

Good luck everyone, thinking of you all tonight.
