    Targets - argh

Runs off screaming like a headless lady:eek:

I can't think about that now. I should say OK 30 please - but I am not sure at the mo:confused:

AM more frightened of drinking anything at the mo than actually anything else (IYSWIM).

Do I want to give up forever ? In the manner of scooby doo

    'Ryhhhhhhhhhhhydunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnno'

If I only drink when I am out that will be OK I guess and 'normal'......... but that willl lead to me drinking at home.

When I have one or two I don't stop normally, see above...........then I will buy it and have it at home cos I don't normally go out.

Not sure I have the capacity to take or leave alcohol if I can 'have it'.

When I do drink I do feel as if I am back to square one again.

Away back to the PhD this hurts my head less than my wrestling with brain about alcohol.

So target for me so far is undecided - I know I should say - I won't drink again. But its me and I do drink - so I need to figure out on a day to day basis maybe?

However, having resigned myself to NOT drinking this month, its been a bit more like 'do I want a drink yeah, but I am not drinking this month/week/day' which has been hard but perversely easier to deal with than my constant itchy purse and my cars own predetermined route to the supermarket.

Excuse the mad ramblilngs of a mad loony lady - least poor jo isnt just getting them by text on her own :)

40SM - will let you know before Monday :)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:

Listen up Fay, I think we decided this during the middle of the night text ramblings a couple of nights ago that we don't know if we can do it or not....so.....why not 'do a jo' and go for no target, no pressure and no worries about what tomorrow might bring till it gets here.....I'm sure 40SM won't mind?? :)

Right, I'm off to the hossie. Decided instead of the restaurant there, I shall take the kids to McD's on the way home, don't tell the kids, it's a surprise, it'll be the highlight of their half term :o well till tomorrow when we're going to the farm, they don't know about that either :D

    GC, where are ya??

Currently in Tokyo - flew here on Tuesday, and back in the UK on Monday

Surrounded by booze (work things) so I have to be very careful and honest with myself. Late nights, jet lag, catching up with old friends, away from my routine in the UK, etc.

All potentially dangerous triggers, so I need to be vigilant. If I take care, I don't have to worry about drinking and enjoy myself a lot more.
