RE: Berroca style tablets are cheaper as the store own brand. Boots are cheaper for their own label brand esp if on 3 for 2. Cheapest I found was Mr Sainsbugs at about £1.60 (?) per pack of 15 tablets. Both had the same ingredients as Berroca. I'm taking th Boots ones at the mo' then move onto the Sainsbugs ones to see how they are and I'll stick to them in future at that price!

Aldi & Lidl do a similiar thing for a £1. Just thought I would share that!

Eselt, you would be a fantastic keyworker for somebody, I would love to hear your experience if I was looking for help. My first keyworker was really lovely and we got on well but he didn't have a drink problem and I often said to him that it really p!ssed me off that 'you lot' (ie him and his coworkers) would be going down the pub after work, it was a lovely sunny day, and you'll all get p!ssed and not have to worry about how much you were drinking :mad: So good on you, when do you find out? xx

Maz, I think a lot of us gave a big target that in the end wasn't manageable at the beginning, but gradually the AFDs are getting easier (for everyone else, not me ) and the targets have been increasing. Good luck for next month x

Orchid, I want to be a paramedic!! That's my dream job but my OH doesn't want me to do it, says it's too dangerous one day though, when the kids are a bit bigger and I can do the shift work, I'm gonna say booger you, I'm doing it anyway Re. the lethergy, man, it's a killer and a bit frustrating to be feeling carp but not have drunk! I think it's the toxins leaving the body and settling down. I've been taking Berocca now for a couple of weeks and it seems to make me feel a little more alive, it's a Vit B & C effervescent drink (you can get it in swallowable capsules), Vit B is good for the liver. It's not the cheapest solution but I really enjoy drinking it in the morning, at first it reminded me of my daily dose of Resolve but now it's my fizzy orange :rotfl:

Berocca is expensive, but it's quite addictive, can't do without drinking it in the morning now Great post this morning, loved the bit about being the last one in the restaurant :rotfl: I too am worried about being boring in the eyes of my mates, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it
