I quite like the first one
Bibbity.
The second one is a bit too far a stretch in my mind, but I am sure it will look fab once done up.0 -
my fav is the first one that you got - what colour are you painting them??0

Loving the ideas all - Bibbity - I am looking for a wardrobe too so will keep an eye out for your progress as inspiration! I want something with a rail and ideally also some drawers, that will fit in an unusual 'L' shape of the bedroom and still allow me to squeeze in - watch this space!
My dresser is now painted and shabbied, I will upload piccies soon, feels nice to finally have that done and looking better.MFW #185

Looking forward to the wardrobe Bibbity. If you can make them look lovely I will be impressed. It's quite a challenge when the item doesn't just need a bit if paint so well done for taking it on.
Oooh a dresser picture, can't wait!
My ticking fabric turned up this morning after 8 days! It's really nice though - exactly what I wanted so worth the wait and the gamble. In fact it's so heavy I am wondering if my sewing machine can cope.0 -
I forgot to say... I took a trip to Dunelm Mill yesterday. I was a bit disapointed actually, they had lots of great stuff but not in the colours I wanted. They had every other colour of tassle trim for the curtains at a fab price apart from the airforce blue. I did pick up some really lovely feather cusion inners which are just so squishy and some other trims from the bargain bin so not a totally wasted journey.0
