Hello  I've been lurking and getting some fab inspiration from you lot.

Decided to have a revamp of my bathroom (which is very hard when it's tiled from floor to ceiling). Made some new curtains, bunting to match and spray painted and colour washed my exsisting ornaments to try and tie it all together.

I'm very pleased with the results, it looks fresh and clean and I'm very much in love with my bunting. :D

I've been looking for scrapbooking paper for a little project I have in mind and I've come across this link - I thought it may be useful for some of you crafty ladies out there ;), there's lots of pretty designs for free printable paper.

Apologies if it's been posted before x

Bibbity I LOVE your new sofa! with our sofa, a litle like that, I'm considering covering in darkish neutral linen...and jazzing it up with cushions etc. I'm quite likeing the idea of summer/winter soft furnishings and colour schemes ATM and the idea of a coarse rough, neutral fabric seems to go with both.

With a bench cushion, which i agree would look best, how do you stop it lifting at either end should someone sit in the middle?

Sorry if this has been answered on subsequent posts but I think real Lloyd Loom is made from paper around a wire frame and can't be stripped in the normal way. I think the genuine article has a makers mark on the underside so worth checking first.

It's just a loom-esque not the real mccoy. Over the years where it's been painted it's really clogged up. I may do as somone else suggested just the legs & reupholster the cushion to freshen it up.
I love that sofa & chair how gorgeous will that look.

    pretty curtains wilf
they are a bit vague on the sizes though

    its like anything i suppose
i will pay more for something if its "just right" and unlikely to find anything just as good for a while

if its something so-so, and i am in no rush for, i will keep looking in the hope of getting a better one or a bargain

    your call really
