    It's a le cresent kettle,I got it off ebay.They can be quite pricy but I got myself a bargain and paid 16 pounds including postage.Lots of colours too!I quite liked the blue as well.It seems v solid and looks the part so i'm a happy bunny.:j

    Was that aimed at me? If so...no...the first picture was the EA's photo from the brochure before I bought the house.

    not sure if morroccan style lamps and lanterns count as shabby chic or not but Poundland had quite a few...you can see them here...they also had a creamy white colour and I'm sure they'll look goo indoors too..they cost a bomb in other places!

    bibbirty, your kitchen is amazing. it looks like a new kitchen.

    Yesterday it was 9 years since hubby and i first met. so we went off to the place where we had our first date. and then decided to go off around a couple of other towns on the island. i found two amazing shabby chic shops i never knew excisted. one shop had all furtunitre bought and restored and loads of giesla graham bits and the other shop was mainly CK bit. material, bags, wall hangings , you name it, it was there. also they had pic and mix buttons. OMG!!!!! it was amazing. they sold wool and knitting patternes. i am going back there, not to buy really as i looked at most of it for ideas. but it was such a peaceful relaxing calm shop i loved it.
