    Well, they always make comments "what are you doing that for?" and "why don't you come sit down" and then sis always says ooo you make me look bad"

    I don't suppose for a second they really mean it -they are just making conversation but I can't relax when they are here its all false they will go home soon. i feel so bad that I don't get on with them that well or we aren't close. I go through phases.

    I am going to have a nap and then I don't know.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I was cold at work and felt gradually iller and iller.
    Came home and it was warmer outside than in! Had a snooze in the sunshine until someone snoring woke me up.
    Have mowed the lawn and now enjoying a glass of vino in the evening sunshine. :beer:
    Still a bit rough and could do with food but one can't have everything in this life.
    company would be good.

    1000 mile socks are :jive not had one blister since ive worn them and my feet were perfect end of marathon so can highly recommend them!
