    You shouldn't feel guilty about not getting on with them - families are given to us, we don't choose them. A bit like piles.

    Thanks Sally, they were buy one pair, get 1 free so I got a pair for my hubby to try too.

    It was amazing watching my running style in slow motion with my old trainers and the new ones, complete difference.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Evening, once again I've achieved diddly squat.

    I'm going to put on the NCIS repeat and try and tidy/clean the lounge, I may be sometime.

    Think I might have a G&T, I bought some cans in Sainsburys, they were reduced, that's my excuse ;)
