We're making Jamie Oliver's no fat crust pizzas, they are really lovely and the kids love kneading their own dough, rolling it out and adding their favourite toppings!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Linda, that's a good offer on the trainers, is it an independant shop or part of a chain?

Bookie...what's life outside of DFW

It was the 1000 mile socks that were buy one get one free.
The shop is called Sportshoes Unlimited in Bradford, they've been there years and they are brilliant!
    Here is their website.

EDIT: The trainers were £50  (Brooks)
They even demonstrated the best technique for lacing them up, they were fantastic.

admitted defeat and come inside although not sure it is any warmer.
I love sitting in my garden in the evening. My ex OH and I loved sharing a bottle of wine on a summer's evening.
We were going to retire together 5 years ago when he came out of the police. Instead of which we are both working full time and in deep poo.
    Men.
