If this is the first time phone them up and they may refund the amount or at least 2 of the amounts back into your accounts

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I can understand that Bookie - I'd hate to work on a Saturday (that isn't really very helpful but I thought I'd let you know).

Been for a walk along the seafront this morning to Frinton & back which is about a 5 mile round trip, so I'm quite pleased with that - took me 40 min's each way - don't know whether that's good or bad
I'm having to take it easy at the momment, been having problems with my hip, had an x-ray the week before last, going to get the results next week - bless, poor old me, feel like Bagpuss (old & loose at the seams :rotfl:)

Afternoon everyone - hope you are all enjoying the sunshine.

    Hi Inky
Saturdays aren't too bad usually - I love my Wednesdays off. It's just really quiet today and I feel quite poorly.

Walking to Frinton sounds nice - wave to my Auntie in Clacton!
