  • Hello Dixie Dean,

Could you please PM me your telephone number?

I will try and figure out why our system isn't accepting your order. I can do this first thing on Monday morning.

Would you like for me to arrange a colleague of mine to call you on Monday morning to take your sign up over the phone?

    Kind regards,
    Samara

Got it sorted today thanks, online. Just wanted to know how long it will take to arrive or be activated or whatever happens next - basically, when will I be up and running?

    Cheers

    Hi,

Just wondering whether you can use your own modem/router?

Also, is anyone using the wireless Linksys modem/router with Madasafish and is it easy to set up?

    Thanks in advance
  • Hello Dixie Dean,

If you ordered today, I would expect that you'll be online with broadband on 03 April 2006 - provided, of course, there are no faults on your line. You will receive an email with a firm date of when the service will be supplied as soon as we have it. Included in that email is your broadband username and password. You'll need that during set up.

You'll also receive a confirmation email after your service has gone live.

If you selected hardware, it will arrive a day or two prior to your services going live. All you'll need to do is insert the CD ROM that comes with the router in your computer and it will guide you through set up.

If you have any trouble or require assistance, please feel free to PM me and I'll do my best to help.

    Kind Regards,
    Samara

Just received an email to say my migration was successful and I now have a username and password.

I used to have BT broadband and I have a netgear wireless modem/router so I didn;'t need to order any equipment.

I can't check until I get home this evening but how easy is it to set up the new service on my PC?

    Thanks

I have the same equipment. Let me know how you get on.
When did you apply? I applied on Thursday. Got email with username and code the same day and free modem arrived sat am. Wondering when I'll get the same email as you.

Easy. All I had to do was change the settings on my netgear by changing the username and password.
