Skintchick- We've got a load of little lambs nappies, they were well reviewed and i've got them at home so you're welcome to come and have a nosy if you want to get a feel for them in the "flesh"

that would be great, thank you. i'll PM you my details and sort it out. We're away next week but maybe after that?

Anyway, Skintchick, talking of little lamb nappies, did you not see this earlier this week on the real nappy week?

If you're quick you should be able to get a free trial nappy, I've sent for mine as I am also trying to decide! Hope the link works.....

Anyway, back to LurkerLand. Best wishes to all xxx

    Thanks! :)
Is it really true that newborns can 'look like' a particular name and not like another? I always thought they all looked red and wrinkly!

I beleive they do...unless they are yours! :p

I'd be miffed too! Like you're not important enough to keep plans for.
    Advice please...

Im 26 weeks pregnant and have been getting contractions (braxton hicks I pressume) all day! They haent got closer than half hour apart but are a little painful. My DD tried to come at 32 weeks so im a bit worried that history is repeating itself. Do you think im just worrying or should I check it out with the midwife?

On another note, im a trainee teacher (but teaching Yr1 class most of week). Any suggestions on anything to help with seating? I have a computer hair and cushion but its not helping!

My books say to worry only if there are more than four an hour BUT I'd be worried personally and a call to the MW will be the best thing I think.

right, well I've had a fab day - had my hair done this morning, then went for lunch with a magazine, then went had had my mum-to-be massage and French manicure and I am sooooo blissed out now! Was amazing and I feel all soft and gorgeous.

The therapist was disappointed not to feel Bubba kick when she was doing my bump, but Bubba is shy and hides from everyone except me!

On the bad side, I tried to fill in my retrospective JSA claim (loooong story) and did it wrong! Anyone know where I can get a new form? Do I have to call up again? Or can I just cross it out and write in the real info? What I did, was forget it's retrospective and have filled in info that shouldn;t be there. Doh!

I like the animal ones! http://www.johnlewis.com/Home+and+Garden/Children's+Room/Children's+Blinds/Children's+/5530/0/0/ProductType.aspx

Personally I wouldn't have laminate, too noisy and once bubs is crawling and standing laminate gets a bit dodgy for slipping on, but that's just me!
Too many children, too little time!!!

Animals will go with safari theme if we decided on that - if not, might look at Winnie the Pooh!

I don't want carpet - too difficult to clean sick off!!
    Any other ideas?!!
