Apple or apple and rhubarb (rhubarb from the garden!) I have some spare crumble mixture so going to do a cherry crumble next

mmmm fray bentos steak and kidney for me, the pie not pud all on its tod cos dh is at footie and i cannot be ar$£d to do anything else - i even have a method to eating a pie so i have equal pastry and meat/gravy.

Might have a second slice of choc cake for today, homemade but that i made yesterday when i had lots of energy!! 'tis very sugary/syrupy thou

Well... Just had a screaming tantrum off Aimee that resulted in me man handling her up the stairs and to bed... and a smacked bottom... Then hubby rang to see what curry I wanted and couldn't of been more vague if he tried... 'Well they've got a deal on... You can have three things... ' Yeah thanks... I'll have two things and a wotsit... feeling very emotional today... This is the second time I've cried... Might just go to bed and sod the lot of them...

Krystal Im sorry to hear that, it prob wont help but I always try to shake it off and think anytime i have is valuable and so should be spent 'getting along' with whoever im mad at. I also always remember the really cheesy brownie line to smile when you want to cry - and have read that this true 'cos it releases endorphins - who knew brownies were so scientific, lol.

I don't always take my own medicine thou :-(
