  • KT - was wondering if that would be a slippery slope though and i'd end up with a load of blubber I couldn't shift. I daren't weigh myself or even look in the mirror and am only 22 weeks!

Krystal I know what you mean about a different kind of back pain... it's not the "sore niggling" kinda pain... it's almost crushing or stabbing isn't it? :(
And the pain across the bump was really quite bad - I was actually quite gutted at waking up this morning too :( Although DH probably wasn't - he had a long day yesterday and was knackered bless him

That sounds like what I had on Monday night... it was nearer the top of the bump radiating from the back felt like my ribs were being crushed, it was accompanied with a more 'normal' lower pain too that came on and off 3 times over the course of an hour then disappeared.

Midwife said that it was contractions helping the baby get down into an engaged position.

Fingers crossed for you Mrs Tine!

Its also too short to worry about weight gain during pregnancy... Plenty of time to worry about it after the baby is here :p
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
