    Nicki, sorry to hear about your scald, and the state of the maternity unit... But at least A&E were quick to see you... Hope you heal well and the stretching of your belly doesn't affect it too much!

    Ooh Niknak, how exciting! Just make sure you suck it all in, it goes so quickly! My wedding day was really one of the best days of my life, I wish I could do it all over again!
    A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

    It'll fly by. I got married in February, and woke up at some unspeakable hour of the morning, but it was midnight and the party was over before I had time to blink. Enjoy every moment of it, and remember that if something goes wrong, chances are only you and the groom know about it. Congratulations and good luck!

    When I got married in the afternoon, I found that the morning did drag, but the bit from ceremony onwards just flew by! Afterwards I couldn't believe how quickly the rest of the day had gone, and my memories of the day are like snapshots, rather than like a video IYSWIM. Mind you, we didn't have a wedding video taken, so that might be why!
