I want an early night but OH wants to do some prep work for a 'chat' he is having with someone in work tomorrow which could wangle him a much better job working Mon-Fri.
Why did I agree to have cot delivered on Saturday - 7am-12pm?
I want a lie-in but you can guarantee I'll be first on the list - we're not that far from the Argos warehouse!

Mrs T - Perhaps you will be giving birth to the next Einstein! :rotfl:
Oh dear, maybe I'll be giving birth to the next village idiot!
Morning all - I have such an exciting task today - buying a blind for Cub's room. I have had the nice (but expensive) man from Hillary's round and have done lots on online quotes. Managed to get it down to £45 for a made-to-measure (cheaper than the others even when using Quidco :A) which ain't half bad. The funny thing is the blackouts are clearly from the same manufacturer but the quotes range from £45 to over £100. Just shows it pays to shop around. That's £55 to spend on something else

Sorry to hear your having a !!!! day Glam, and hope those in pain start feeling better, or it starts easing soon.
Im having a funny/!!!! day as well
Last night I found an empty vodka bottle hidden under the kitchen sink
So much for DH coping well with all of this. We spoke briefly about it, but I cannot bear to even look at him, there doesn't seem much point in talking about it as he is incapable of being honest about anything alcohol related.
I feel so upset as I thought he was doing really well off it. Now im worried that he has been drinking when I was in hospital, surely I would know if he was drinking it whie I was in the house. Im feeling really confused about it.
He insists it has been there ages, which I know is a lie, as I checked all the cupboards on the 2 occasions I got home for my Sunday Lunch.
I know I will have to go back to hospital at some stage, how can I leave my 3 children with him if he is drinking vodka?0 -
MrsT - good to know, I'll expect the worst then! Some ladies I know didn't have MS really set in until 8-9wks, so I'm not getting too comfy in my non-sickness yet! (only 7+5 now)

oh Mrs Moc, this is the last thing you need right now!! You are going to have to sit down and talk to him about it, does he have a long-term alcohol problem? If he's not got an alcohol problem normally then maybe it was just a one off with the stress of having you in hospital....
Sorry if you've explained all this before and i've missed it...
take care0
