Everyone should make a will when they buy property. It may not save them money, but it will save their heirs money (and hassle).

The support systems seem to works well for young singles and couples with children but there seems to be no help whatsover for working childless singles or couples on low wages. Mortgages / Rent / Council tax / utility bills / tax / NI / food / dentist / pescriptions / all have to be paid in full often leaving little money to enjoy themselves after a hard days work. So where are the incentives to support yourselves and stay childless until you can afford it. If the state supported young people equally maybe there would be a few less teenage pregnancies.

I strongly suggest you get on to the local paper to investigate and c.c it to the council....might make them think.

I'm sure everyone knows about it...The sainsburys that they wasn't even to be going into Inverness, it was a town a few miles away but they don't want anymore competition (there's a Morrisons in Inverness along with Lidl and Aldi)

Anyone from Inverness reading this will know how depressing it is to do your food shopping in what's now known as 'Tesco Town'!

to prevent villages in popular holiday spots becoming off-season ghost towns, and housing needs to be affordable to local people not just rich city dwellers.

A bit like where I live then!!

  • Allow older people who have had to sell their homes to pay care home fees to have tax relief on this capital. My Mum and many others could be independent of state aid for much longer if they didn't have to pay income tax from converting their home into savings.
  • If companies/businesses/Government depts. cannot answer your telephone call it should either give the engaged tone or you should wait in a call queue that DOES NOT CHARGE. Vast amounts are wasted on calls (DirectGov the worst) being told 'your call is being dealt with' when it clearly isn't.

More money should be put into public transport to lower fares

All primary school children should receive free healthy lunches and milk

All secondary school children should receive lessons on budgeting home finances and cooking healthy meals

Cost of non standard calls should be quoted after dialling number

  • To transfer money by the BAC system usually takes 3 to 5 days
On 27-May-2008 a overnight transfer system was introduced by Apacs but many banks have not adopted it.
Parliament should press for full implementation.
