Wait for decision then come back with an update - be positive!
Regards to your problem it is the NOC - get it taken off asap and you'll start to pass more and more credit applications as this NOC will block a basic credit score - without the NOC you could pass the score in which case the adverse data may not matter as much and you get accepted!
