    Ahh HSBC direct is different to M&S / JLP - but luckily for you I know a little secret - they do use HSBC behavioural scores as part of assessment!

    Nah mate, they can only update at the end of the month the instruction was received but they need 14 days so if you gave them proof on 14th April, it should be updated. If it was 17th April then it'll update 30th May.

    I know Experian update the credit reports on Weds & Sun
    Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500

    Were you surprised at the !!!!!! they hold like car claims etc? LOL - I did post about this, i.e. why are they using an experian company (Synectics) to provide part of their assessments!

    Have you had your Synectics Solutions SAR - that is interesting! I'm awaiting answers as to explanations!
