    I've just taken a quick look around their website and couldn't find anything referring to chat. I wonder if I'd be able to close a bank account via chat, would be helpful and eliminate the hassle of calling them.

    I can't use my Jacamo account to log into any of their other sites though? But I can use my JDWilliams account to log into them, but I can't use that account to log into Jacamo... odd... :confused:

    I wanted to apply for Capital One AGAIN however they say on their website, If you have applied fora Capital One card within 6 months you may be declined
