Just printed off all my 3 Credit reports. There is a few small things i would like to get removed ie searches / previous addresses etc etc small stuff like that but whats the best way to go about it?

I honestly think.. if you get declined for Capital One, you'll most likely be declined for Aqua.

Last time I tried, I got declined and I had Capital One and Vanquis at that time.

You wait for searches (12 months) and prev addresses stay for as long as there is an active interest (so 6yrs).....

Has your baddies been deleted now then or still there?

no. no reply yet from capital one and still on all 3 reports. the searches am on about are older than 12 months old and the addresses are the same.

Write to cra and ask them to remove searches, traces last for 2yrs by the way. linked/previous addresses stay 6yrs usually.

Also my mum is linked on one of my files due to her being able to help getting HP back in 2001. can i get this removed aswell?

Yes thats a notice of disassociation. send them an online request to sort it all out.
