Just had a letter off Halifax,

"As you transferred your account to us, your 4 month Interest Free Overdraft of £250.00 ends on Aug 23rd 2009."

"To replace it we will give you the £1000.00 overdraft you have asked for. If your circumstances change we will be happy to review it. We can usually give you an instant decision."

Funny thing is - I never asked for any overdraft and was quite happy with the £250 limit.

Suppose its for the best though - same charges apply for whatever amount under £2500

voda can be rubbish.ive found its better to hang up,phone back and speak to someone else,if you get a muppett.
the last £50 freind credit they owed me was late, unpaid.i spent hours on the phone, they checked with supervisors etc etc."you not owed or getting it"was all i got.
spoke to a woman from N E U DEPT,cancellations ,they handle other more specia;ised customer needs/probs.straight away she said they put in the wrong code when last order was done, and she fix it now.took two mins.she was english,in england and had a brain.
i got two c905s,which is what i wanted,no charge.i did have to sing new contracts though.i know now that you can blag a free upgrade after 12 months though.
normaly o/h wants a new phone and she isnt that bothered on the network.
02 s deal doesnt seem so good.if your paying thats not a great upgrade.
although i wanted an iphone the price is still high

T-Mobiles' customer service is absolutely shocking IMO. Terrible!

The only reason why I would swap to O2 would be because I want an iPhone. Simples. No other reason, really.

Does anyone know if O2 has call centre's aboard?

    All O2 is in UK.

I rang Orange earlier about unlocking my phone. It would cost £25 and it would take 7-10 days. And I got cut off twice! Went into town instead. £20 and will be done by tomorrow.

They have all been British when I've called them also they are generally very quick at getting through to an actual person.

Whenever I have rung its been UK based.

I transferred to T-Mobile from o2 - as I wanted the G2 Touch - have found customer services to be quite good - if a little hard to understand

  • Let us know about flybe...... Have you called?

Did abbey accept you for your second account?

They might use you BS to offer some credit facilities?

    i called flybe last time.
she didnt sound to bright.she did confirm 3 times,i made her,you can apply evry 30 days.she gave a reason i just cant remember it.

abbey accepted me for second account.i am convinced they have treated it seperatley, and based it on the new credit search.
i phoned to link accounts online.questioned him about visa debit.he checked older account and said "oh right". i didnt push him on it.he then said no problem on new account in three months.
the behaviour on that older account is perfect.they must be treating them on based on individual searches. older search showing lots of searches on my file .?
