as your talking phones thought i mention vodafone.
had a result with them last week.well with the NO ELIGEBLE UPGRADE DEPARTMENT.
voda shops and online customer service were useless.
basicly lost one of my uninsured phones on one of my contracts .
everybody at voda was quoting me £218 to end my contract early, which seemed cheaper than a new phone.i also wanted an extra contract.
N E U DEPT reduced my contract by £5 for three months, this is new apparently, and ended it early.they gave me two credits of £50,introduce a friend discounts, and done something else.
i have to pay them £81 and in three months they will credit me £100.they even defered the £81 so it coincides with the credit.
just shows you that if you get the right person/dept you can get some ware.nice to negotiate with someone and not get a scripted line from a robot/call center monkey.
ive got 4 contracts with them now, which i want and need.luckily they have only ever done the initial credit check.
    Well done mate

I have 2 contracts with T-Mobile. I want to get rid of one which ends next February, the other ends next September.

Their customer service is rubbish, their insurance is very expensive and they have moved their call centre to Manila (The capital of the Philippines).

I have a contract phone which is broken due to "water damage" too. They would upgrade me "early", but, it would be another 18 month contract and I would have to pay for the phone too.

The lithium was giving me a very upset stomach, cramps and diahorrea. I stopped them to calm my guts down really. A few days after I stopped taking them I became a tad manic and haven't been sleeping at all. Will be back on them in a few days.

I've always wondered why people have 2 mobile contracts unless one is for business.
