    Afternoon.

    Went to see my psychistrist this morning. Everything is going fine. Do not have to see him again til October.

    Seeing the GP Nurse this afternoon about my stop smoking tablets

    i'm also trying to stop smoking.I am taking CHAMPIX i find them good but they are disturbing my sleep.Good luck in quitting.

    I take Champix and have taken them for a month. I have had no side effects from them at all. I have had a few strong urges for a cigarette but so far have held fast.

    I've just finished my starter pack.Still a strong urge to smoke but just keep telling myself to have will-power lol.I was smoking at least 40 a day:eek:

    I'll have to quit soon too. I just brought back 3000 cigs from my holiday so once they are gone, I guess it'll be my time to stop. :mad:

    I was only 20 a day and menthol at that! :o

    I only stopped because of the price. Once they reached £5 a pack I decided to jack it in even though I loved smoking.

    I was spending about £11 per day on cigs.will use what i was spending on them to pay of ccs quicker
