You can't do direct upgrades with Co-op.0 -
I rang them to open a seperate account to have all my direct debits come out of, was told i was eligable for a full account, applied whilst on the phone, only to be declined!

See I can get full current accounts with big overdrafts and cheque guarnatee card but can't get capital one!! How mad ey?
