    Hi all

does anyone's JD Williams account look different tonight?

Logged in to hubbys account, and can't find the credit limit now, and neither can I find the make a payment button. They've disappeared!!

Made a payment a couple of days ago, but just wanted to pay a bit extra tonight, but it won't let me do it!

We only had a small balance, paid early etc, I'm begininning to worry if there's something up!

Has anyone else had this tonight?

EDIT: seems to have gone back to normal now.....jeeees JD don't do that to me!

LOL< this happens around midnight when they update their systems - its also the time they will give you an increment to your limit, if due one, late at night!

If this happens, you cannot order to customer account either so have to wait. It's usually around 12pm - 2am. :j

Im still waiting, posted the agreement back to them 3 and a half weeks ago but so impatient i phoned them this morning and they told me my account is still on hold as they are waiting for the agreement. I told the man i had posted it and he said he will make a note and hopefuly they will hurry it along :-(

they took ages with mine. Got my card last monday, but still no pin. Should have the pin monday or tuesday.
Meanwhile I didn't get an overdraft approved on my current account with alliance and leicester - I only asked for £300 and would not have used it much, apparantly I scored too low!. I earn approx 27k a year and have another 3k on top other income. Think I might apply to first direct around November, hopefully they will be more accomodating
