Actually, I haven't but considering sending a letter regarding the recent increase. I'm an excellent customer, I think. I've never missed any payments on any credit agreement and always pay triple the minimum payment. No defaults, CCJ's or anything else.

I agree, send a letter in and threaten to close - they should drop you to at least tier 2 (B)...... i'm not even matched to a tier, but that isn;t unusual as the literature is slightly out of date!

Ermmm, men with plastic is not the same as men with money! Although, when Piers Morgan interviewed the rich when he done the Sandbanks thing not one of the rich people featured had cash on them - all plastic. Like they said, we don't use cash - we don;t spend small amounts! arrogant rich so-and-so!

I wouldnt like to be stood behind all them at the bar then! They would be queing out of the door at my local!

EDIT: I just remembered, I have called them once asking for my rates lowered and was told it was done automatically over time.

Automatically over time sheesh. They should be going down not up for you. I can handle them being high for a new customer but if they put mine up like that after I have had the card for a year I would cancel it for sure.

I saw some of that show, but Piers Morgan made it almost competely unwatchable.

Plastic/cash, whatever, bring it ON! :rotfl:

I suppose if you go to a wine bar you need a card to pay those kinds of prices.

Well I suppose your local is handy for certain things then ;p And the trouble with the local is everyone knows where you live and you cant touch the women as they know where you live too!

See I like him, he's a toffy nosed, upper crust plank but he is funny! I mean, pompus as they come but always has a wad of £50's and is freeflowing with them too!

I once knew a bird who 'bumped into him' and he bought her group of mates a bottle of champagne - later they checked with staff and it was £70 odd quid or summat daft like that! Mad but shows you some people are ok on the inside even though their exterior is !!!!!!!
