Hi all
Well due to this board, me and hubby are on the way to rebuilding our credit files. :j We have managed to get Vanquis each, and he has jd williams, and next too. (I'm too scared to apply for anything else!)
I don't want to stumble at the first block, so can I just ask about jd williams. We have a v small balance on there, do they send you a statement through the post or by email?
Only reason I ask is that he doesn't check his emails all the time, so I'm in charge, and I don't want to miss the date!
I'm new to JDW, but so far I've been sent statements every month. The other thing is it's really easy to access your account & make payments online, plus you can setup to pay by direct debit or pay by card online too. I think they're quite accessible, which helps when you're as disorganised as me!0 -

Well done on next account..had been referred last time we chatted on here
I know, didn't want to update as everyone on here seems to know each other, and I didn't want to butt in! :rotfl:
We didn't hear anything off next, until a magazine dropped through the door with a customer number, when i looked online they had given him a limit of £150. :beer:96 items decluttered so far in 20130 -

Ha! that sounds like me too.....:o
I've registered online, but I can't find anywhere to say when the payment is due, just says outstanding balance and available credit.
Normally I would overpay whenever, but the next couple of weeks are budgeted for due to having to pay for our hols.96 items decluttered so far in 20130 -

That limit will change quickly, both UP and down, could be £250 plus next month, then rise to £1000 then go back down.
Next are a strange company
I was hoping to keep the balance low so I don't get caught out. Sadly that happened to me a few years ago, so me and Next fell out....
I'm trying really hard to sort our files out, hubby is just wondering why there are cards and catalogues popping through the letterbox, and he's not allowed to spend on them without permission! :rotfl:96 items decluttered so far in 20130
