Hi there, I've been declined for the Flybe card (amongst many, many others!!) Am I right in thinking the Accessory card is also from Sygma? Does anyone think the Accessory card is perhaps easier to get than Flybe? I have 2 accounts with JD Williams companies but I expect that won't make them consider me more favourably.

I got a decline from flybe about six months ago, so I was surprised to be accepted for the Accessory card. My credit file has improved in the last six months though, I had a satisfied default on my file up to April this year. Once I get my Accessory card I will wait for a month or two and then apply for the flybe again

    Evening everyone
Very nearly made a complete d*ck of myself earlier :o
Activated my new card earlier no problems, went to garage on way home to get fuel. £57 in the tank...took out card to pay then realised...I haven't got my PIN yet :o
Lucky I had cash on me.. 9 times out of 10 I never carry cash around, just fortunate that I'd picked up a balance on a job earlier and was too late to pay it in :j

  • Brian - when I read in your earlier post about your new card & that you planned to break it in buying fuel, it did cross my mind that you'd received your PIN rather quickly! I just thought you'd been lucky - I had to wait a full week for my Barclaycard PIN before I could start flashing it around.
I went to the supermarket yesterday without my purse. Of-course I only realised once they'd rung through 80-odd quid's worth of groceries. V embarrassing!! :embarasse

Had it been my normal garage I wouldn't have panicked so much..know the staff well but what a horrible feeling getting to the cashier thinking.."oh sh*t"
Had no other cards on me so really lucky..never even dawned on me until it was too late :o

I can see you're going to be a bad influence! ;) I was only thinking about it, haven't decided. Utterly pointless really as I know I'll get declined. (Just had to order a new ink cartidge as I've printed off that many appeal letters tonight!)
