No more applications from you on the horizon?
I'm on the hunt for a new bank account and I want a credit card.
I may wait until October now though, I have alot of searches to come off in August and September. So mix that with all those catalogue green o's etc, I hope finally I will get a HSBC Plus account and a credit card of some sort (not prepaid :rotfl:)!!0 -

Be VERY surprised if you don't get a credit card..Have you considered the Accessory card...Robbo got accepted with 4 defaults, low limit but who cares, it's something to build on
When I last applied for a credit card my defaults weren't satisfied and I had double defaults etc, so I want to be in the best position possible when I next apply, and, I think if I was until October it will maximise my chances.
I have 13 searches on Equifax and 1 default, which is satisfied. I'm still waiting for Equifax to add me to the Electoral Roll, bear in mind I voted on Thursday so they're alittle slow.
Sygma search Equifax I'm going to wait until I'm added to the Electoral Roll before applying for one of their products.0 -

Only one default as opposed to loads of greens you MUST be in with a chance :jNatwest gold..Limit £1750 bal £970..Vanquis Limit £3000 bal £0..Littlewoods..Limit £1200 bal 0..Additions direct..Limit £4900 bal £1356..Empire Limit £6200 bal £152..Jd williams..Limit £1100 bal £130..Simplybe..Limit £1500 bal 265,,Fashion world..Limit £1400 bal £145 Jacamo..Limit£125 bal 0

Both Equifax and Call credit are crap at updating electoral roll. Experian was extremely quick, Equifax 2 months later and call credit 4 months.
Only one default as opposed to loads of greens you MUST be in with a chance :j
Experian added me within 3 weeks, Equifax is well over 2 months now. If I'm not added by the middle of the month I'm going to moan again too them.
I hope so. I have 2 satisfied defaults on Experian and loads of searches maybe 19 for actual applications. Out of which 15 were made between August and October last year!!
I really hope so Brian, all those green 0's and only 2 satisfied defaults 1 on Equifax must stand me with a great chance of getting a credit card with Vanquis or Aqua.
Capital One recently turned me down though, I'm thinking it's becasue I had an old (paid) debt. :mad:0
