    Thats the thing.. her creditors know where she lives now. She gets letters every now and again saying she owes money and blah blah.

    I believe her debts are unenforceable because they've been threatening court action for the past 3 years and nothing has ever come of it.

    My Halifax O/D isnt really worth having as they have changed the way they bill you now and it works out at £1.00 per day you use an arranged overdraft and £5.00 per day you go over your O/D limit.     My Mum and Dad have the Ultimate Reward and they still get charged go old interest. ;)

    Yes, it's currently £12.95 pcm.
