Northern Ireland, looking back was a VERY dangerous place, 2 of my mates were killed, one I had gone through school with, another killed at Ballykelly (blown to bits) but it was exciting back then, I was a kid doing a MANS job. Would probably run a mile now
Coach driving can be dangerous too I suppose, a driver I knew well, (minibus driver) ot chopped in half at the waist in a huge smash on the M56, killing 7 others too. Horrific ... thats why I'm the way I am, live for today and ENJOY every minute

Bloomin' hell. That is grim. How old were you when you were sent over? Must admit, even now when i think of Ireland, i have visions of men in balaclavas, camoflage uniforms and big guns. hmmmm....
