no personal banker looked reports over.i metioned searches initialy.at first he said they would decline but will accept next month, with a clear search free month.after looking for a while he was undecided and kept getting up to take my reports to show someone to see if they could push it through.i just said ill come back next month.
the co op said i could appeal and offered basic.

Ah I see. What was on your file at the time? Just searches?

I have a co-op basic account. It's fine and co-op customer services is very friendly and professional. The only downside is the online account could be better laid out and the presentation a bit bland/basic.

Also account info is up-dated at a snail's pace so you need to phone c/s to get the most up-date account balance.

yeah no negative just searches.i know nid has advised a branch can push things through, and they obviousley can.
if you high on searches take your report into branch and get an unofficial pre app.atleast the if they advise it should go through a search shouldnt be wasted.
