I did call GU but they said something about me not being on the electoral register (which i am!) and that they previously sent a catalogue to me and they only send 1 per person!!!! I've never requested a catalogue before, so i've no idea what they are on about.

Very strange That said when I opened mine none of the catalogues arrived.. Littlewoods direct rang me after 1st order to see if I was happy etc told them no catalogue so another one was sent.
Empire still not arrived, don't need it as shop online but cannot understand why they go missing.
Normally, as in your case it is electoral roll query a utility bill is enough, prob low limit but like all others it will increase.
Don't waste your search :T
